Join us for a strength focused Saturday Bootcamp! This class features three dynamic circuits: 4 exercises performed 3 times, followed by another set of 4 exercises, also repeated 3 times. Finish with a challenging circuit of 6 exercises done twice. Designed for all fitness levels, this Bootcamp class delivers a full-body workout to boost strength, endurance, and energy. Come prepared to work hard and achieve your fitness goals!
